At the conclusion of the trial period, the payment method on file may be charged according to the pricing presented at the time of signup unless canceled before the trial ends.

Temporary website addresses are provided for convenience and are not transferred to customers. It is highly recommended that you provide your own domain name to help create a professional brand and generate more sales. Once you have your domain, let us know what it is and we’ll send you the instructions needed to connect it to your Auto Detail Biz website.

Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing is subject to change over time.

If pricing changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to active subscribers.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in keeping things simple.

You may cancel eligible subscription services at any time.

We may also discontinue services or terminate subscriptions at any time for business, operational, or legal reasons.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically create refunds for previous billing periods.

Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately, refunds may not be available after access has been granted unless otherwise stated on the purchase page.

Any special refund guarantees offered on a specific sales page will control and supersede this section.

Usage Allowance & Variable Billing

Your plan includes 150 minutes of automated call routing and booking time per month. Because extra minutes mean your AI agent is actively handling more customer calls, higher usage directly corresponds to more jobs on your calendar. To put it in perspective, even a heavy traffic month with an extra 100 minutes of talk time adds just $19 to your bill, but can easily translate into 15 to 20 additional booked jobs for your shop.

Overage minutes beyond the monthly 150-minute allocation are billed at a flat rate of $0.19 per minute. These fees are typically compiled and charged alongside your regular monthly renewal invoice. However, in the event of an exceptionally high volume traffic spike where accrued overage fees cross a $100 balance at any point during the month, we reserve the right to process an interim usage payment immediately to keep your account current and ensure uninterrupted service.

Third-Party Services

Our products and services may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms, including:

• Website hosting providers
• Payment processors
• Scheduling software
• Email service providers
• AI service providers
• Advertising platforms such as Google and Facebook

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Auto Detail Biz remains protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Ownership of our content remains with Auto Detail Biz and Ira Blatt & Associates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Detail Biz and Ira Blatt & Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable product or service.
